Oh dear, I seem to have spent a copious amount of time uploading photos, resizing them and generally choosing them. I'm done for now but I have a 9am start...this does not look good.My 'mothers day' gift to my mother was some OPI nail varnish she's been hankering after. Although I do admit to having an ulterior motive as I desperately wanted to try black shatter. Alas, my nails are short (they chip easily) and my fingers are short and chubby (curse you genetics!) so the outcome wasn't great. However, I now have a reason to attempt to grow them. Here's to that! I'd also like to add that I am awful at painting nails...or any painting of any sort.  Appropriately enough, the book I am currently reading fell on a page which contains the word 'fingernails'. Ha.
